DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes. We are working on integrating our shop so that international shipping is effortless for our clients. If you would like a gift shipped internationally please contact us directly at orders@oliverandadelaide.com.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

If you are within the continental United States you will pay a flat rate of $8.50 for purchases under $100. If you spend more than $100 you do not pay shipping. Shipping charges for International customers and customers outside the continental United States will apply.

IS EVERY OLIVER & ADELAIDE PIECE ACTUALLY MADE IN THE USA?

Indeed. We spend countless hours sourcing out the crème de la crème of hand crafted, heirloom pieces, all made domestically by skilled crafts people and designers so your little one can be presented with the most beautiful and of the greatest quality.

WHAT MAKES YOUR BABY AND TODDLER GIFT SUBSCRIPTION DIFFERENT?

We are the only children’s retailer that focuses on luxury, heirloom, and made in America. Over 60% of our selections are customized and personalized for the child, making it one of a kind. Our curated selection is the most exquisite array of functional and developmentally appropriate clothing, toys and furnishings for the modern baby. We have sourced items from over 150 different designers and skilled crafts people that actually inject their heart and soul into each item that a child will most likely put into their mouth. We make sure each varnish, dye and fiber is safe for our little ones and created with quality in order for the pieces to last generations to come.

REGARDING YOUR SEASONAL GIFT PACKAGES, MAY I BUY ONE SEASONAL GIFT PACKAGE AT A TIME?

Yes, you may purchase one season at a time or purchase all four seasons and receive a discount. The year subscription will have reoccurring billing the day before each seasonal shipment goes out.

WHAT IF WE SUBSCRIBE TO THE YEARLY GIFT PACKAGE SERVICE AND WANT TO CANCEL?

Simply contact us directly at 212-563-7150 or fill out our contact us form and let us know. You must submit your request 6 weeks (before midnight EST) of the day prior to the following seasonal delivery of the start date of the next seasonal shipping block. If you cancel your yearly subscription of 4 seasonal deliveries you will be billed the difference in cost for the previous seasons received as if you purchased a single season at a time. We do not offer suspensions of seasons or changes of personalization to which the original package was gifted.

CAN I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

Yes, simply fill out the gift recipient’s information for “SHIP TO…” and include your billing information. We will take care of the rest and include a hand written gift card in the beautiful package from you.

WHEN WILL MY SEASONAL GIFT PACKAGE SHIP?

The Beautiful Beginnings Package and the Complete Style and Comfort Package will deliver right before the season begins: the fall season will be delivered between, September 24th – October 5th, winter - November 12th – 23rd, spring - March 4th - 11th, and summer - May 12th -24th. The Perfect Baby Shower Package and The Ultimate Baby Shower Package will deliver at least 1 week after the purchase is complete and exactly every 12 weeks thereafter unless determined otherwise.

MAY I PICK OUT WHAT GOES IN EACH GIFT PACKAGE?

When you purchase one of our bespoke seasonal packages you are allowing our Child Style Expert Curators to assemble the most appropriate items based on the profile you completed during your purchase. If you purchase the top tier packages you will also have an opportunity to provide insight into your taste and lifestyle to our curators via a telephone interview that will personalize the package even deeper. You will be delighted in every selection we make for you. We are here to minimize the decision-making and make this process effortless and fulfilling.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR A YEARLY SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTION GIFT PACKAGE PURCHASE?

After your initial purchase for season 1, you will be charged 1 day prior to each O&A seasonal shipment thereafter.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS?

There are no extra costs regarding the seasonal packages. With some of our a la carte items there is an option of upgrading to personalization. You may choose this option at the time of checkout. If you live in New York you will pay 8.375% sales tax.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If you are purchasing from our a la carte or individual gift selection your item will ship as indicated in the product description. Most of our items are made to order and the lead times vary. Please check the product description to be certain this is acceptable as part of your purchase agreement.

MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Only if your item is personalized we will not accept returns or exchanges. We will only allow returns on items that have been legitimately damaged in shipping. As part of our exceptional customer relations we will make exceptions on returned merchandise if you are absolutely unhappy with your purchase.
