RETURN POLICY

Oliver & Adelaide is happy to offer return orders at no cost to our customers.

If your item is personalized we will not accept returns or exchanges. We will only allow returns on items that have been legitimately damaged in shipping. As part of our exceptional customer relations we will make exceptions on returned merchandise if you are absolutely unhappy with your purchase.

Oliver & Adelaide must be notified of all returns in advance. Please email us at orders@oliverandadelaide.com if you would like to return an item so that we can provide you with a return authorization form and free return shipping label. All returns must be sent back to Oliver & Adelaide, LLC with a prepaid label within the timeline detailed above. Any COD returns will be refused and sent back. Please keep a tracking record to make sure we receive the return.

Merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days from date shipped. · Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. · Merchandise must have all original tags attached. · Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on purchases shipped to you. · We will pay for returns only if you use the prepaid return shipping label we provide. · Final Sale items may not be returned. All returns must be sent back to Oliver & Adelaide, LLC with a prepaid label within the timeline detailed above. Any COD returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. Any clothing, toys, or furnishing that is personalized can not be returned and orders cannot be canceled once placed.
We are happy to accommodate all gift returns except for custom ordered items.

All gift returns are subject to our standard clothing and toy return policies. Gifts can be returned for either an exchange or a store credit. We can only issue a refund to the credit card of the original purchaser of the gift order.

Clothing and Toy Exchange Policy Exchanges are based upon product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please notify us at orders@oliverandadelaide.com.

Once received, we will ship out your exchange free of charge. Please email us to receive your free UPS return label for the return.

Refunds & Processing Time:

If your package arrives at Oliver & Adelaide, LLC warehouse postmarked within the 21-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Oliver & Adelaide, LLC. Returns postmarked after 21 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price of the item being returned. Returns will not be accepted if postmarked after 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
We do not currently offer free returns on any international orders.
